When I was a child, we had a cat, Ottie, who was a hunter of note.  He ALWAYS shared in his spoils, especially with my squeamish older sister.  One day, when lying on the bed reading, she heard him jump from the window onto the floor and automatically reached down to stroke him.  At that moment, she was confused to hear a second jump.  At that she looked down to see a HUGE rat that Ottie had dropped next to her bed and which she was just about to stroke!! :)

I hope Mary&#039;s wound got better without another trip to the &quot;V-person&quot;.</description>
